The environment has a clear hierarchy; public in front, private in the back. This stands in stark contrast with the current situation of the site, on which several independent buildings haven been implanted in a green area, creating a scattered leftover space. Our main goal was to provide a building that concentrates the scattered leftover space into one continuous garden for the whole neighborhood. The concentration of the buildings is located near the street, creating a facade towards the street between acreage and garden and allowing a front garden promenade. The volume is divided into three parts, creating two passages towards the rear garden area.
